I'm pretty impressed I was able to keep with this 30 day challenge this past week. I was battling a nasty cold and the last thing I wanted to do each day was work up a sweat! I more wanted to work my way into a cold medicine induced sleep....but I pushed through and here's my weekly recap!
Monday: 30min of Cardio Challenge and a 1hr PiYo Class (PiYo=Pilate's&Yoga)
Tuesday: 45min power walk, Guessing this was close to 3miles.
Wednesday: 4 miles of interval runs (2miles @ 17:04min, walk for 1/4 mile, 1mile @ 8min, walk another 1/4mile and an 8:30min mile)
Thursday: Cardio Drill- a 45min intense cardio/resistance class= LOVED!
Friday: abs on the den floor while playing with Reagan
Saturday: 4 mile interval runs and arm workout
Sunday: Lifting, moving and organizing furniture, boxes, etc...I swear it was a workout! Plus a few sets of abs last night.
I'm definitely feeling better, cold wise and body wise.I haven't weighed or done anything to that nature, but i do feel stronger and my clothes are fitting great! But this challenge is much harder than I figured it to be! Some days you just need a day off!

I'm trying to keep at it. Last week was a little shaky, but by the end of it I think I've gotten in a groove. It helps that my dogs have to be walked every day too! Keep it up!
