Challenge Update

OK, So its been one full week since the Challenge began and here's what my activities included in Week 1

Drum ROLL.....just messin!!

Monday- 3mile run at the gym on treadmill

Tuesday- 3mile run at the gym on treadmill (i know boring, mix it up!)
**helpful hint- I know treadmill running can be very boring and never ending. I actually get easily bored with music all the time as well so I download books onto my ipod and run while listening. Its a great way to keep your mind off the clock! Currently I'm listening to the new N.Sparks.The Best of Me. It needs to be a book that is easy to pick up and down and only listen to it while your working out!

Wednesday-100 crunches, 100 push-ups and 100 squats. Broken down into sets of 20 or25 (I was SORE)

Thursday- 5 mile run

Friday- Was beautiful weather so I took Reagan for a walk in the stroller after work. It wasn't very hard core, but I was moving and that's the whole point of this challenge!

Saturday-met my running girls for a 4.4 mile loop through Greenville that morning. Love em!

Sunday- Does sanding and painting furniture count?? lol...and 180 crunches. I'm gonna feel those later!

Some days were sweat drenching work outs and other days were not. Overall, I'm happy with my week! I'm hoping to add in a few gym classes this week:) Maybe a PiYo and a Cardio Drill!
