New Morning Schedule

So Ive been drinking a bit of the crazy juice lately! For the past three weeks, Ive been setting my alarm for 5:10am three days a week, meeting up with a couple girlfriends, Lauren and Nickie, and doing an early morning run. Yes, it's early and Yes, its cold but this Cooper River Bridge 10K isn't going to run itself! And as of now....I have about 5 weeks left to train!

Don't get me wrong, its hard to get up! But Ive really been enjoying the runs and the morning time that I have to myself after were done and Reagan is still sleeping. It's like my own little devotional time. I sit and drink my coffee, watch the sun come up, do some computering and prepare myself for the day ahead!

I couldn't and wouldn't do the workouts along though. I feel like I used to have the determination to make myself workout, but not lately! Ive fully been relying on my girls to get me there and keep me going! We encourage each other. When one of us is having a hard run the other pushes us through! Its an amazing give and take relationship! And who doesn't love to start your day off with a little "girlfriend time!"
