RE-CAP!

Ahhh! What a weekend! My head is still spinning from all the craze. But a great craze!
A quick recap...
Playgroup was a success! Thanks for hosting Amy! Lots of cutie patooties and some of my FAVE Mommies! Again, can I say how greatful I am for this group! Being a first time Mom is AMAZING..but it does come with stress, sleep deprivation..confusion..OCD..must i go on!! HA! What a nice treat it is to get together with these fine woman and gab about our new lives. Reagan was a hot mess as usual! Crawling everywhere, on top of everyone but she sure does love playing with her buddies!

As soon as playgroup was over we packed the car and headed to Kinston for the Stocks' Christmas! We dined on steaks, roasted potatoes, jalepeno corn casseroll, mac-n-cheese, rolls, broccoli salad, deviled eggs and about ten desserts! Full has a whole new meaning!
Reagan recieved so many wonderful gifts..and was so into everything even though she missed several naps and even a feeding. I couldnt get her to eat she was so excited! After a while I took her into a back bedroom for some quite time and to nurse and she looked at me with those big beautiful eyes as to say.."thank you Mommy, I needed a break!" After a quick cat nap she was back in action! The men did their traditional boxer conga

Next...off to Grandmother's house (well BaBa's house) we go! We played and crawled around till little bit couldnt hold her eyes open any longer! After Reagan was a sleeping little elf we put on pj's, grabbed a cocktail to two and did our fun Christmas! Chad's Mom went above and beyond as usual but she has no idea how thankful we are for her greatness! The next morning we did Reagan's presents in our pajama's just like we would Christmas morning! A new kitchen..pottery barn play phone and rocking horse..puzzles and more! This is why Chad and I didnt go too overboard this year on "Santa"; we knew the grandparents would! They just cant help themsleves!




We had a fantastic 1st Christmas weekend! Now that we're home we are resting up for round two...Lunsford Christmas weekend...very similar to the Griswold's!
