Settling In

We are slowly but surely settling in to the new house! I am proud to say that every box is is unpacked and everything is in its "for now" place. We are still decorating and all the fun stuff but our main rooms are good, done and great for the most part! Reagan's room is completely finished as is the kitchen. The family room is complete minus a piece of furniture or two that needs to be purchased however we still have to furnish the sun room and study which I cant wait to get my hands on! Hope those bonus checks are good this year! HA! Let the honey do lists and weekend projects begin! Wallpaper to strip, wallpaper to hang, new paint jobs, etc....Needless to say we will have plenty to do in 2012!

Everyone has been asking how 'tid bit' is doing adjusting to everything new. Luckily she has done fabulous! We had maybe two nights of not so great sleep (nothing horrible) and then no probs at all! She's exploring all the new rooms and having a ball running everywhere! Something that I did new in this house is that I gave Reagan her own big kitchen drawer filled with all her sippy's, little plates, snack bowl, etc.. She knows that's hers and she can play there and loves that she has her own special space! Lately, she has been digging in her drawer to find her snack bowl, then stands over at the pantry holding it up saying."nack, nack peaaas!" aka..Snack Please!
