A Weekend for the Books!

Last weekend was an absolute wonderful time!

RECAP:
Thursday was my actual birthday, but we wanted to spend that night with Reagan and the hubs told me he wanted to take me to a nice dinner Friday night before we hit the town the see one of our fav bands! So Friday evening, while BaBa kept Reagan at our house, Chad and I set out for our date night. Little did I know that when I walked in the restaurant I was going to be surprised by a huge table full of all my best and dearest friends! I was in total shock! Chad orchestrated an amazing surprise dinner with our friends from Greenville and even my besties that live in Raleigh! I couldn't have asked for a better way to bring in my 28th year! Love my husband so much and also "my Nickie" who helped Chad pull the whole thing off! Needless to say, we ate, we drank and then we packed it up and danced the rest of the night away to Jupitor Jones!

Saturday we grabbed some lunch, Baba and Reagan ran some errands together, Chad did some yard duties and I treated myself to a pedicure with a little birthday money. We also did a little Easter Egg Hunt in the front yard for sweet pea! She loves to hunt some eggs, let me tell you! Later that evening we had yet another birthday party! We cooked a low key dinner and then BaBa and Reagan surprised me with a cake and several presents! Reagan sported her birthday hat and had a ball playing, eating cake and being a mess! We ended the night with a glass of vino in the hot tub!

Check out the pinterest recipe i fixed Saturday night! YUM IT WAS!

Sunday: Easter Sunday! We woke to some Easter Bunny treats and Reagan's first real basket and then quickly dressed and headed to church to celebrate the real meaning of Easter. We enjoyed a beautiful service with an amazing message. Afterwards we had brunch at Brook Valley CC and took several dozen pictures on the golf course! I had to get shots of this pretty girl in her new Easter dress!

and of course...her basket:)

The rest of Easter Sunday was spent in the yard planting pots and enjoying the day the good Lord so graciously gave us!

Hope your Holiday was just as special!

A few more pics to leave you with:)
